Camera Stores in Seattle

Hi,

I'm going to Seattle Next week, and was planning on acquiring a new lens or two.
I would prefer not having to get them shipped to the hotel, but to pick them up my self.
So i wanted to hear if anyone know of a place where they sell Pentax lenses in the area?

Thanks in advance

/NKK

Ha! (Sorry)
In Lakewood south of Tacoma is an excellent Pentax dealer called Robi's.

According to Pentax USA, Omega Photo in Bellevue (east side of Lake Washington) is a dealer. There is also a Frys (major electronics discounter) in Renton (south end of Lake Washington) and they usually stock Pentax. If your travels take you further south, Camera World in downtown Portland has a fairly complete stock of bodies and lenses.

Glazer's Camera is an excellent store, and may be worth a visit. It's very near the Space Needle, so it could be more convenient than some of the out-of-town alternatives. However, I note on their website that the Pentax gear they currently list is almost exclusively medium format and out of stock. Perhaps they can arrange to receive other items if you contact them in advance?

Enjoy your trip.

I too thought about Glazer's, but was uncertain regarding their current Pentax support. Great store!

Glazer's had a brief try with Pentax about 6 years ago. After 6 months they ditched the brand as there was simply weak demand. Most of their customers are commercial accounts.

Kenmore up north may be worth a phone call. They used to carry several lenses.

Wow thanks to all of you, it's really nice with some options. I didn't find very much online, but will try give some of those you have mentioned a call.

Thanks again.
