I saw my first Pentax product display!

Haha! Who knows? I'm holding onto my lenses no matter what Pentax does. Since K-mount and M42 lenses are some of the most adaptable lenses in the world my lenses will find many shutter clicks behind them coming from me!

BTW - should have said that's a pretty neat display - right there on open shelves, not under glass behind some counter.

Had a chance to check out Gordon's Photo in Reno (thanks for the head's up, Boris). Very nice Pentax collection, centrally located on one of the two back counters. They have K30, K50, K500, K5II and K5IIs bodies. Not a huge selection of lenses but some nice ones including DA*200, but the sales guy said they were planning to add more.

I checked out the 18-135 on a K5II. I could get used to the fast silent autofocus, and the K5II felt perfect.

Not everyone was having a good of a time as I was though. That's gotta sting.
