Making of Cosina Voigtländer video

I stumbled on a video showing the manufacturing of Cosina Voigtländers and I'm humbled. So much work and skill to make lenses that actually are pretty cheap compared to others. I like how they kept the manufacturing a bit oldschool looking and don't just rush the production, you can see by the focus that they really put their soul into the work although the silence is almost eerie.

Amazing clip - thanks a lot for sharing .. from now on I will feel much better parting with my hard earned £££, knowing, how much of effort and work it takes to make a lens

I too felt like "they deserve my money with that craftsmanship".

What a revelation to see that the process is not all mechanised on a massive scale
