Pentax is selling in stores?

I was in HEB one day and saw Pentax K30 and was shocked to see, anyone else know this happening more now or was I just lucky to see one?

Cardinal Camera in the mid-Atlantic region sells Pentax cameras and lenses in stores. The one here has K-30s and K-50s in stock, and they had a used Spotmatic in great shape.

I was in HEB in San Antonio a month ago and they had a blue K-30 and a yellow Q, don't remember if it was Q-7 or Q-10. I was surprised not to see any Canon or Nikon SLR's on display.

HEB is a supermarket for those that don't know, so I would say that is very unusual for a grocery store to be selling any brand of camera.

Hmmmm...sounds bad (Pentax between the soup and beans in the canned goods section), though the Wikipedia tells me that H-E-B also has several "H-E-B Plus!" stores with expanded product offerings similar to the Fred Meyer chain (part of Kroger) here in the Northwest.

I never knew they sold inside stores, I knew they could be ordered from retailer online but on display this first time I seen Pentax on display, I was in Walmart before and never saw them on display neither Sears.

We have a drug store chain (London Drugs) in Western Canada that has been selling Pentax for years. (Click on the link below for their Pentax inventory)

We have London Ontario, but no London Drugs, it doesn't seem right.

They are getting closer to you, there is a store in Winnipeg now.
They do ship to Ontario if you see something you want.

I was just at Bennett's Camera here yesterday and was shocked to see that they were carrying a pretty complete lineup of Ricoh Pentax DSLRs well displayed with prominent Ricoh branding for the first time I have seen it at a local store other than kadairs in baton rouge which recently went out of business.
