Can't speak too loudly, but according to information provided by a very reliable source, they (Pentax) are planning to enter the full-size sensor market in time for Christmas next year, if possible. Their "motto" (view) is that it would be meaningless to enter the market if they can't retail for less than 200,000 (yen). As for the lenses, it will take the form of refreshing the Limited series as a start.
