So far in the past few weeks I've purchased a DA* 16-50 f/2.8 lens, K-r body, and an AF540fgz flash. But not because of the FF announcement. In any case, I'm staying with APS-C until the FF system is matured. Makes no sense to run out crazy for the FF system until I see how it behaves and the wrinkles are ironed out. Plus new FF body and lenses are going to cost a ton out of the gate. For the FF body and the 24-70 f/2.8 AW lens, I suspect it will cost much more than my entire APS-C system.
Unless you feel like you HAVE to get it nowwww and have the money to burn, it seems to me to make way more sense to wait and let the system develop. (no pun intended)
I still want to buy a working K-30 for dirt cheap just to flash it to the K-50 firmware and see if it still works. But that is another story....

I have been looking at FA glass but I'm wondering, if the road map is correct, we are going to get NEW FF glass that might/should be far superior to old film era FA glass. FA Limiteds possibly (but not certainly) excepted. So invest now in good FA glass which is already pricy but not outrageous or wait and buy new DFA glass that will certainly be outrageously priced?
I'm a zoom fan much more than with primes. So the new coatings and AW construction both make up my mind if I were in the market (even without seeing a single review of the new lenses because I've seen enough reviews of the old lenses
).
But only after a year on the market and the prices have lowered a little to crazy starting gate values.
