The under 40 set just sort of blinks...
I'm 2.8 times younger than forty and love when I meet another Pentaxian.

"PENTAX, Still no FF DSLR!"

Not so true now that Hoya have the medical imaging branch and Ricoh have the camera division, but whatever.
I would wear that shirt, lol

"Pentax is Not Doomed"

Actually I think they could make something of the weather-resistance and robustness.
"Pentax. Ready when you are."

(I've been binge-watching Mad Men, so my apologies if I am channelling Don Draper.)

Someone in my family came up with an even better one: "Pentax - from colonoscopes to astrophotography; photographing Uranus, wherever it may be."

Or maybe a take on those annoying fundamentalist Christian shirts, you know the ones that have KNOW GOD, KNOW HOPE etc . on them. Only it could have a KS-2 and a generic entry level SoCaNikon-type camera being rained on and KNOW PENTAX, KNOW HOPE, with the K's and the W's fading out as the rain and thunder continue... (Perhaps less germane now, since other firms are releasing WR cameras, but it might induce some to switch)

I never get Outstanding. I usually get "Who?", "Why?", "Psh!", or "They still make cameras?"

I would show a composite of someone shooting sports under some slight rain, next to someone hiking with a camera when it looks like it might start to rain. And at the bottom the ad would say: "Pentax... we make worry-free affordable. With the image quality you demand."

And then in smaller letters start listing the accolades of the K-3 recently, like being considered the top APS-C camera in the market by such and such.

Seriously, I think the reason why they can't play that kind of card is because they fear they will get tons of warranty returns from people who have used the camera in "all conditions".
