actually, that's the best review he's done in a while - less irrelevant pratting around, more finding amusing ways to explore the camera

Does everything here have to relate to you and your photography?

I appreciate what both Kai and Lok have done. They are entertaining and a nice contrast to the gravitas that many camera folks try to pull off. The more voices the merrier. Best of luck to them.

The "pro photog cheap camera" series was always fun to watch, and I believe that I learned quite a bit from looking at how experienced people work around severe limitations of their gear. I also liked their reviews because they were centered on usability, or at least that's how I always looked at them.

You are certainly not alone, which is why I suspect he's no longer employed by DRev. Companies don't much care for controversy.

I don't care for the guy or his derisive attitude but obviously he'll be back. People like to watch rude, arrogant people like Simon Cowell, Gordon Ramsey, Judge Judy and her imitators, etc).

For me Digital Rev used to be worth a bo peep from time to time, but it's been nearly a year since I've watched it.

In this case I'm just the messenger.

(Laughs).

They would be slapping each other with eyes shut. A lot of squealing would be going on.
