A TLR with a swinging mirror to give both lenses light path to their corresponding sensors. Nobody has implemented this, but it still would be a TLR.
Let it go. You have the Twin part right (two lenses), but not the reflex part. A TLR is a camera with one lens for exposing the photo...period. What you are describing is a two lens array similar to that used in some phones and/or stereoscopic camera. The reason why the idea has never taken wing outside of phones is that the rational is weak (see comments above), implementation would be expensive, and market is hard to demonstrate. Consider the so-called "light" camera above. The project took several years longer than expected and it is not clear whether any product has actually been sold. The PetaPixel review labeled the product "braindead". Imaging Resource used the word "disappointing". The investors are probably using the word, "lawsuit".

Sorry.

Is this basically doing image stacking to reduce noise, but by taking multiple photos at once to avoid movement during longer exposures?
All 24 camera (I think that's the latest count) are on a motorized mount that offsets Earth's rotation, so exposure length can be long. The purpose of multiple photos is to get a stack 24 times deeper within a given timeframe. It also opens up some new processing options compared to a single sensor because hot pixels and dust spots will only appear in 1/24 of the frames.

Why these problems are not affecting phone makers?
They do affect phones. Stitching/stacking errors occur, but may be less objectionable than the increased noise and poor dynamic range of a single sensor phone image. Parallax can't always be processed out, either, but phones have tiny lenses so it's possible to put them close together.

Pentax has pixel shift.
Ricoh had TLR: http://camerapedia.wikia.com/wiki/Ricohflex_(geared_lenses)
Minox had a digital toy/TLR camera: Minox Digital Rollei TLR added to Digital Classic Camera range

Can a digital Ricoh TLR in retro style for silver DA limiteds and upper lens is a zoom 15-70mm be anything?

Edit: I didenīt think, Iīts enough with DA limiteds and a screen on the top, the upper lens could be a dummy.

Additionally, people don't seem to care if the output from their phone looks like a hasty photoCHOP job done with a blunt hatchet and crayons. Not that the latest phones are all that inexpensive, but people might be more discerning after plunking down the cash for a dual sensored K-1 with a pair of DFA*50mm's.

Good heavens no.

We complain a great deal about the cost and limited number of Pentax lenses now. With a TLR you need to exchange two lenses as (referring to the Yashica Flex) instead of one. Any third party would just laugh and sell off all of their Pentax stock.

According to wikipedia, "Although the W1 got some considerably unfavorable reviews and some photography experts predicted a commercial failure, the W1 seems to have sold far over Fujifilms expectations.".

So already close to 10 yrs ago somebody were doing this and they were commercially happy.

However, this one, similarly to the 16-lens spider mentioned in this thread previously don't support the commercial perspective for the manufacturer to sell more lenses.

TLR historically = at least 6 x 4.5, a size which is already covered (albeit at a slightly smaller aspect ratio) by the 645D and Z.

As for duplicating lens purchases, no. Just no. Let one copy be optically "off" from the other and the results would not be pretty, nor would the compensation be easy.
I'm aware of a lot of TLRs that took 6x6cm images, and a few (on 127 film), took 4x4cm images.

I've never heard of any TLR that didn't take a square picture.
