XT-3 is usable in all modes but the grip holds 2 extra batteries which gives excellent time(video) or shots for stills.You can see on the EVF how much each individual battery holds and replace an empty one easily.Only GFX100 and Panasonic FF has a higher res than the XT3 finder.One Canon pro commented "as good as an OVF".

Well, for you it was.However, most people acquire the XPro bodies to use the hybridness ovf/evf combo.Compose with ovf,then flick the switch to see what you are getting.Then shoot.An XPro3 announcement is imminent,it could have the same EVF as XT-3(but possibly the 5.69mp from GFX100) and hopefully a more refined OVF.The screen is supposed to tilt as well.
