Fun video. Like seeing how they did the mock ups on the GR III to dial in the ergonomics. And hearing that the flash went to make room for a faster motor is the type of design decision that people don't seem to realize must be done when building a camera like this. When I see something like this and add in things like the KP J, can't help but think that the people at Ricoh have a passion for photography that has kept them in this market, despite the current challenges it faces.

That's very interesting to see, especially when you work at a company that scrutinizes every penny spent. We have such different cultures and attitudes towards business and leisure.
