You wrote various inaccurate things. I don't think you really know how it works in the forums in Italy. It is full of topics where people complain about the problems on K30 and K50. Also non pentax forum. Had there been some problem with the k70 it would have been written for sure, such as SDM engine problems, etc ...
Really?

"pentax k70 con ottiche 18 55 50 200.OTTICHE IN CONDIZIONI PARI AL NUOVO, NO MUFFE O FUNGHI.LA REFLEX VIENE VENDUTA COME NON FUNZIONANTE POICHE FA FOTO SCURE.è stata mandata da un fotoriparatore ma ildifetto sussiste, viene venduta con la formula vista e piaciuta.non si accettano resi."

Translation:
"pentax k70 with lenses 18-55 50-200. Lenses are IN LIKE NEW CONDITION, NO MOLD OR FUNGI.

THE SLR IS SOLD AS NOT WORKING BECAUSE IT TAKES DARK PHOTOS.

It was sent to a repairshop, but the defect persists, it is sold "as is"
Returns are not accepted.

This K-70 was purchased by a person who got the hint from myself to do so.
She received it 2 days ago. Well, the seller wasn't very honest:
Her 1st impressions:

Dirty focusing screen and everything incl. lenses stinks badly of tabaco-smoke

After applying the tests recommended by myself HERE give almost 99,9% clear symptoms: ABF
- Fine photos with full closed lens but dark as dark can be wide open.
- LiveView: Lens fully closed instead of f4,0

When the K70 is on my table next week I shall give more information

Merry Christmas

Follow-up: Today (as a christmas present) this Italian student who purchased this K-70 on ebay Italy, passed by and delivered the K-70.
Right away I noticed: Many screws missing. Tabaco smell, dirt and smear on the mirror and submirror + a very dirty focusing screen.
Some left-overs from some spray like WD40 or similar sprayed into the region were the solenoid is located (but never can be reached that way, a really, and I have to be tough about it: Totally idiotic stupid thoughtless approach, with the danger of doing a lot of damage!

Later on ... as I felt a responsibility towards this student of art and today wonderful quiet day... no relatives, no friends until later... so I took it on, I was curious, in hope she could later on leave with a working K-70.

And look (on the photos) what the cat just dragged in:

Photo 1: Shows the infamous Lenovo DVD solenoid with much too strong holding-force!
So no wonder the repair by this "photo specialist didn't work".

Photo 2 shows the solenoid when taken out next to the almost brand-new K-x solenoid that is going to be installed.

What immediately struck me as well: 2/3rd of the screws were missing. What a "photo-specialist"!

But that wasn't a repairshop... this cannot be:

We are no longer in the 70's when buying Italian cars or visiting Italian garages for repair was dangerous?!

If it really were a repairshop... then not only "nothing has changed" but it got worse!

It took me about 30 min. to clean the mirror and sub-mirror without doing any damage.
Focusing screen out, cleaning the inside of the penta-prism.
New focusing screen in, the old one landed in the garbage-bin, it was dirty and impossible to clean.

Sensor cleaning, quite some other cleaning and of course swapping solenoids.

Now it is fine and somebody is going to be happy.

But what a mess!

So how was that joke once:

Q: What's the difference between Heaven and Hell?
In Heaven...
the French are the cooks
the Germans are the engineers
the British are the police
the Swiss are the managers/bankers
the Italians are the lovers

In Hell...
the British are the cooks
the French are the managers
the Germans are the police
the Swiss are the lovers
and

the Italians are the engineers

basta fare un reclamo motivandolo su ebay e ebay blocca il pagamento, si restitusce la reflex ed ebay rimborsa la somma versata,

Just make a claim motivating it on eBay, and eBay blocks the payment, the camera is returned and eBay refunds the amount paid

It is enough to make a claim motivating your ebay and ebay will block the payment, if you return the reflex and ebay refund the somma versata (money?),

were you the seller?
and thus... the engineer?
