I use Aplus.net I think they had a bad reputation at one time but they seem pretty good for the money for me. 5GB of online space for their cheapest "personal hosting" package.

Don't knock it if you haven't tried it, give them a go and then comment. I've used them for nearly a year now and they never hassle me, send me spam, I have no adds on my site or have had any other issues.

:P .... i wrote that after i registered, so didn't try em out. there has been a bit of downtime, but it is quite impressive. the only thing that rubs me wrong is their affiliate program. i read so many reviews on it of people not getting paid, accounts suspended when reaching high $ amounts, etc. but the hosting is quite fine

I use godaddy as the registar and surpasshosting.com for the hosting, very reliable, and great customer servicie and support..
