That looks really nice! It seems like you'll be in a really good area....from here on out you will probably have me harping on you about raising prices to conform to your market area

I really do need to take a serious look at my prices, I'm sure I'm way to cheap.

Well I ended up having to wait until the first of February to start my lease, old tenant needed the extra time to move out and needed a fresh coat of paint. I was able to take some equipment there on Thursday and of course it started snowing again on Friday. We got 14" last weekend and it's been snowing for the last two days now. So maybe by spring I'll be able to finish getting ready to actually take some photos! I do think it will work out well though just from what little time I've been able to spend there. Now to try and find a few cheap props.

OK then raise prices! 8)

I love saying that.

So, it's Saturday.....clients yet? 8)

Man I'm kind of jealous about the snow. We get two or three inches here and schools are cancelled. Wierd. I love the snow. I did some growing up in Cheyenne WY and remember walking to school was kind of difficult when I had to lift my legs really high to tromp through the snow. ha.

Anyway, good luck with the biz developments.

I know someone in VA who said they're getting hammered, expecting a couple of feet.

I live near Buffalo/Rochester and people think we're the snow capital... HA! Most we've gotten this year is about 6-8 inches over a few days. That's one advantage of living in the right spot between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario - everyone else gets dumped on

I think it's finally stopped. Calling for sun and very cold tomorrow with another chance of snow on Tuesday. This is our third major storm this winter. Don't ever remember a winter like this in this area since I've lived here. I'm heading to Timonium Maryland Friday to shoot a bike show, hope the roads are clear by then! Hey guys,
I finally got up and running at my new studio. Did my first shoot last weekend with hopefully many more to come. Did some outdoor shots along with some studio work. Here's a link to the photos.
