Small piece of black tape should fix it
Merci, I knew who Marc Newson is ... but, I did not know the term "ocker" ... my vocabulary has been expanded.

Let me think about a French equivalent slang term ... nothing printable comes to mind at the moment ... later maybe.

And "oui", black tape, a permanent marker, exacto blade and/or dremel sanding tool could fix this in a jiffy! But some people will still find the K-01 just plain butt ugly ... different strokes for different folks, enough said.

Salut et à bientôt, J Frog

Not useless. It does add to the pieces so that folks that are at a loss for things to do can piece together all the leaked photos to have a 360 view of the camera before tomorrow!

yes. Does the dropping of the Limited name tag suggest that it differs optically do you think? or just identical but thinner?
Anybody's guess on that score. Ltd. seems to designate a complete package, including constrcution quality and aesthetics with IQ.

I love it, I think it looks great. It's everything I hoped for, especially if the next lenses extend the rear element into the camera to keep it small. I think its a genius move.

I wonder if the K5 is the last Pentax DSLR. I hope the next camera Pentax releases is another mirrorless with WR, an upgraded sensor, and a viewfinder - either optical or electronic.

If Pentax really follow through with this they could become market leaders. By which I mean, the first company to provide an upgrade route for their prosumer customers DSLR to Mirrorless. This may be what Ricoh were referring to when they spoke of a gap in the market to compete with Canon and Nikon.

Bravo Pentax.

i like the design, it's got the old asahi pentax feel to it, especially the left hand side one with a bit more silver colour to it.

if the price is right i might really be tempted to get one!

"Some Ocker"? Beer without an 'r'? I resent your negativity mate. I'm an Australian and Strine isn't my lingo - I'm no Ocker. If any people on this planet have a major speech defect it's Kiwi's.
