Grow thread, GROW. Facebook requirements are not cool.

Sure hope the K-01 offers SOMETHING other than a "me too" approach to new products. Maybe its kit lens will be a 200-400/4 zoom!

I think a mirror less camera that is weather sealed, and has great low light performance would be nice. So far mostly SLR's have those features while the whole mirrorless world is ignoring any adventure photography/rugged applications for their cameras. I have a GF1 and a GH2 and i would not dare to take them outside in the rain or snow like I can my 645d.

I am interested in this camera, in the new Oly OM-D and in the Canon G1-X. Is it still OK to post here?

The K-01 might help me make up my mind . . .

Yes, we won't bite. We'll actually have a review of the G1-x once it becomes available, but it's certainly a different camera than the new K-01. The K-01 will blow the G1 away in terms of image quality thanks to better lenses and a larger sensor.
