There're are alignement notches on the DA560, this is clearly visible.
I don't this why that would be really needed with a hood so something's definitely 'bizare' with this lens.

Alignment marks indeed!. Hope that the 160' is not the minimum focusing distance. Nah, it can`t be.

Is it not a bit odd that these are still concept lenses when its supposed to be launched in 2012??

Thanks ogl, I was not sure I understood the bloke presenting the K-01 correctly, but it seems they are still working on the software, so who knows how it will end.

Full HD 1080p video capture at 30 FPS with h.264 compression (60 FPS at 720p) features shutter speed and aperture exposure control, video autofocus control

K-01 can be re-focused during video recording by pressing the AE-L/AF button, once it is set to do so in the custom menu.

@8:35 of video... check the gap between the 'front portion' and the 'rear portion' of the lens. I'm betting that this prototype telescopes...

I'ld rather show some mockups or incomplete products at a major event like this to generate some buzz rather than leave a lens like the 560 off the floor.
I must admit it looks like the real deal to me

The AF on the K-01 looks promising, better than both my Kx and K7 on liveview.

K01 is larger than I thought. I don't know which lens was attached to it but I guess it is the DA40XS. It looks like the lens often hunted and could go to the wrong direction. This is not a good sign for me. If it is a lens with longer throw it may become really slow.
