I am a newbie to Pentax. Just picked up the K-01. Love the design and feel of the camera.

When I move the camera from left to right I can feel something moving inside the camera...almost like something is shifting. Is this the Anti-Shake feature moving the sensor? Hoping I didn't get a camera with something wrong?

The camera does seem to function and is taking pictures.

Thoughts?

Yeap, most likely when power off, sensor is floating free, both my k-7 and k-5 do this, and I must admit, I don't like the idea of the sensor banging around in there with the power off.

Yes, it's a normal question about Pentax cameras

The SR mechanism probably is doing that noise.

@cmohr, don't worry about the SR, I have a K100D that is 5 years old and has thousand and thoustands of shots plus bumps, drops on floor, etc. Pentax cameras are build like tanks.
