Yep, I definitely plan to. Even before ever picking up a camera I've been drawn to these IR monos but not so much with the false color IR style although I did process a few of those just to learn how. There's also a scientific application for IR that could be useful for me later.

I'm in complete agreement regarding primes, the only variables I have are that Sigma and the Pentax 10-17. Those are very specialized lenses, one being a fish eye and the other being the widest rectilinear available on K mount. So primes for me are primarily where its at..now if I can just nab me a 31mm I'll be set.

@restyl great photo, the position you took this shot from utilizes the angle of the sun in such a way that it brings out a really nice painterly effect emphasized by the highlights on the flowers. What lens did you use?
