K01 and Macro work

I am really impressed with the versatility of the K01 in macro work (sigma 70mm f2.8)

I had the K01 and DA 55-300 on a mountain hike a few weeks ago and it was a great light weight combo. This is of Angel Glacier in Jasper National Park.

This is only a snapshot, but after seeing it on my computer I felt I had to share this summertime moment.

My friend jumping off his boat.

After the rent is paid, this is really what life is about in my opinion.

Location: Jamaica bay, Queens, New York. Near JFK airport.

May your summer memories be as pleasant.

@ Mike Bokeh , a very fun and dynamic shot

35 mm Lim at F 2.8 . Processed in DxO with some tweaks in Film Pack to give extra atmosphere.

35 mm Lim at F2.8. Processed in Lightroom with some tweaks in Exposure 4 to make the scene more lively looking.

Very cool monastery. Must have been fun to explore. I miss visiting the temples in Thailand.

Hope this isn't considered too racy for this thread.

Thanks...I could spend a week there, it was a special place for sure. I hope someday for you to be able to pay a visit to your home country. However if you're ever in the Tampa area on a Sunday mid morning drop by here...its an fantastic Thai monastery along the river and during that time every Sunday they have what amounts to a Thai style street market complete with street food style vendors. All proceeds go to supporting the temple. It is extremely popular here and one of Florida's hidden gems.

I had no idea about there being a temple in Tampa. It's about 2.5 hours away from me so I think I will definitely have to check it out in the near future. Thanks!

Tried to go for more of a vintage/film sort of look. I thought it might further enhance the mood/vibe of the shot

Figured I'd try and go for a high key B&W as well. Not too sure how I feel about it.

Figured I'd try to emulate a softer style from a bygone era. Still not sure which version I prefer.
