I hate to mention it (because my K-01 sensor looks the same), but I think you have dust on the sensor.

(I really need to do a wet clean on mine, but for now I'm cloning out the dust spots).

Funny thing, with my floaters and blind spots it looks OK to me. But seriously, a little blast of rocket air makes it better!
