Some roses at the local flower stall/market. Again, Pancake Lens:

I really love the colour!

The detail is fantastic in this one.

K-01 with DA 35mm f/2.8 Macro Limited. Very quick focus lock with the new firmware upgrade.

Bad light, wrong lens (F 35-70), image needed a lot of work, but at least I was in the right place at the right time...

Faster focussing I guess............

I was at a dancecontest, Dutch Championship in several disciplines and the K-01 did work well from time to time

Still most images are just a failure, since dancers don't always stand good in the image

Nice shot! I use primes pretty much 100% but the only zoom I still use on occasions is my SMC-A 35-105 f3.5. Excellent old line lens going back to the 80's that still does a very good job years after it was discontinued. I will not part with mine.

Claudia

I went to the Claudia Sträter derby today. Well it is fieldhockey between the two teams that where first and second in the last year's competition and both have the same sub-sponsor, wich is clothing company Claudia Sträter. So I did some work, since I'm looking for some photowork.

I expect some more post-processing might make this snappier - but as you say, timing was great and it's still cool!
