I bet everyone with a macro lens has tried this already... but I like it.

I expect some more post-processing might make this snappier - but as you say, timing was great and it's still cool!
Thanks! I already worked it over pretty heavily. It was getting late with a heavy overcast (apparently, all I have to do to make it cloud up is reach for a camera) and I only brought the 35-70 to do closeups on flowers (testing FW 1.01), but the girl appeared on the bridge and I HAD to shoot.

Thanks! I haven't been able to take my K-01 out for a serious test drive so I've had to be content with shooting things on my walk from the parking garage to the office.

Nice shot Colton. Simple and inspiring.
I need to work a lot harder to start getting shots like those

Well just a short clip from the third goal from our team that won with 3-2. It was the "historic" match between PSV(FCE) from Eindhoven and Ajax from Amsterdam. The first time this match was in our stadium in the new womens soccerleague:

Well just some snapshots from after the game. I always walk into the lounge with my K-01 and snap some shots. It's not about the IQ but about the athmosphere:
Starplayer DaniŽlle van den Donk giving signatures to fans (2 scores this game)

Teamcaptain and goalie Angela Christ getting interviewd by the club-TV channel.

Our happy coach Hesterine de Reus.

Our biggest fan, ToeterJan, because he always has horns with him to make noise (toeters).

Teamplayers can get a two seated car, Smart ForTwo, but their has to be room for more in there.

So on the funny side I again made it to the game covering. There are a few times you can spot my working, but probably at 4'50" it is the nicest to see:

soccer game - spot the K-01

Heres some shots from my staycation in the city, I was Bmonki, changed the name to match my flickr and email and all the other photography sites I'm active on so I can have friends easily recognize me...
