@Salagubang: That BW portrait is excellent! Great use of contrast and pose to set the mood!

The cold front that hit the Midwest US hit us about 2AM this morning leaving much needed rain and severe weather. Daffodils are about over and Azaleas are beginning to blossom. K-01/F35-70

An angry, tongue lashing, jaws open North Carolina variety hiding under a planter. I'll look it up for you.

A Brown Snake, usually found in gardens, etc. eating primarily worms and slugs. At best this one was 10 inches long and indeed feisty.

Thanks, the K-01 has become a back-up workhorse with the older F lenses as the K-5. I pretty much leave the 35-70 on 95% of the time with a F50 1.7 sharing occasionally.

Took my SMC Takumar 50 1.4 for a walk on a crisp autumn afternoon, it's been too long

wide open

Deliberately shoot into the sun for flare

@f8 focus to infinity it's just so crisp and the colour so nice

wide open contrast does drop a bit, maybe I should source a Takumar 105/135/150 metal hood for it.
