That's a nice photo - but a rather macabre (or disgusting, take your pick) choice of cheesecake decoration.....

Huh? That's how it was bought at the bakery. Since when is chocolate disgusting? Or are you trying to be funny because it's called a turtle?

Found this guarding my mailbox today. I left it be, as it seemed to have scared off any bills being left

Sorry guys I'm trying to figure out how to load the photo into this thread from my flickr site rather than double uploading photos to 2 different websites, without much luck.
On flickr, there is an icon on the bottom right side that looks like an arrow jumping out of a box. Click that, then select "Grab the HTML/BBCode". Choose BBCode and the size image you want, then copy text that appears in the box into your post here.

Wishful squirrel hunting through the window, over the shoulder, and one of the few swallowtails this year. F35-70. A shining star on the K-01.

More K-01 bugs!

I like my bees so here's another shot.
Getting shots of those bees in the roses is very hard because the bees are almost in a frenzy in there, just spinning and spinning inside the flowers. However, the roses seem a little more advanced over here - most have wilted by now, and yesterday some odd bugs were eating the old petals off the flowers and, well, ahem... So, anyway, two shots:

That's quite a detailed shot of the little critter. Nice.
