Been a while since I put anything on here - but my K-01 is still my most used camera. I've started using it from the cockpit of our Cessna 172, and while my Samsung NX100 is a much lighter option, the K-01 does an excellent job with the 35mm F2.4, but I can then put a 70-300mm on it when I get to my destination. When I'm flying (usually on my own) I have to be able to operate the K-01 single handed and with limited time to shoot - as my primary attention needs to be outside the cockpit. Having a decent liveview camera is a necessity (can't have my face stuck to an optical viewfinder!). Here's a couple of my favourite aerial shots with the K-01:
