I had to look twice before I saw the "sheet of paper" was something else entirely.

I really love the almost "dreamy" colors the camera produces.

Here are two real women, and one, while not real, defends us against evil.

The lens used on the third photo was the M100mm macro.

I've had the K-01 since Nov 2012, but I'm only now seriously exploring the wonderful potential of this little beauty.

A picture I took with the Sigma 80-200 manual lens, f4.5 @200 mm

This one was when I went to the local Triumph Dealership to test ride the Tiger XRx :-)

Honestly, I'd love to buy it! But I have a gorgeous oldie goodie in my Honda ST1100 1991 , I just can't seem to justify two motorcycles that are touring oriented. But if I buy a next bike, the Tiger is very very high on my list. The engine was super smooth, almost the same as the Honda V4 engine.

Regards,
Vishnu

The picture was taken with the K-01 :-)

Lately, I've been wanting to create still life shots different than the usual bowl of fruit, so yesterday I tried.

I love my Lensbaby for still life shots, so I got a few props together, and this is the result.

The EXIF is incorrect, the lens used was my Lensbaby 3-G.

The props were simple:

A bottle of cherry liqueur, a Venetian mask, and one of my mandolins: a Puerto Rican Cuatro.

I am not a good player, but rather, a collector.

Window light from the left.

Then, I processed the image in camera with the K-01's digital filter. First, posterization, then the pastel effect.

Lensbaby set at f4.

For an hour's effort, I'm pleased with it.

Mike

A couple taken today. Both were taken with my Rokinon 85mm lens.

The waterfall is really cool - how well does the K-01 hold up near these misty conditions? I've not taken mine near one yet
