Anyone know of an existing C-Mount adapter and IF it will work with this camera body? I've considered dusting off some older mirrored lens' and perhaps the idea that it may work on a smaller telescope?

My 500mm F5.6 and 800mm F8 have Pentax T-mount adapters. Here is my 800mm with hood on my Pentax K-7:

If you don't mind a few questions,
it looks like there is no lens on the camera and it doesn't look like there is an eye piece on the telescope either, is that correct?
Also, it seems that the adapter goes directly into the focuser, bypassing the diagonal? Is it a bad idea to use the diagonal?

Edit: Dug some more into this, both of my questions answered. Not sure though if I would need extension in addition to the adapter.
But man, that 2" UltraWide Prime Focus Telescope Adapter for Pentax "K is pretty costly for a piece of metal.
