K-01 EXIF in RAW (DNG)

Just got the K-01.

My EXIF data does not show up with the SilkyPIX software when the K-01 stores in RAW (DNG) format but does in JPEG. I am using the Pentax Digital Camera Utility from SilkyPIX I received with my personal K-x. I am running the latest update (V4.34). However, the EXIF data in RAW (DNG) does show up with Lightroom V 3.6.

Any ideas?

Stick with lightroom.

Figured it out. You have to use the SILKYPIX® Developer Studio 3.0 for PENTAX software that comes with the K=01 and not the Pentax Digital Camera Utility from SilkyPIX that came with my K-x.

Lightroom sees the EXIF as does Picasa.

FWIW, Adobe Elements 9 reads the DNG files as exported without the Silkypix step in the middle - so of course Lightroom does as well. My problem is Win7-64 doesn't see the thumbnails.

You mean in Windows Explorer and such? Just install this: DNG Codec - Adobe Labs
