What happened to white and yellow?

Initially B&H had all three color model available to order. For the last week it has been only the black version. If I order and I am still not sure I will, I would at least want the white K-01 for myself. Seems to look best with black lenses. I really want the silver model but for some reason, we in the US don't get that choice. Now it seems we can get any color as long as it is black.

Right, silver is basically Europe-only for some reason.

They've got the other colors, though. Not sure why you weren't able to see them earlier!

I pre-ordered the yellow body from B&H but when it was not available on the first day I changed to the black K-01 and I think it looks good with black lenses.

I ordered my white kit from Crutchfield late last week. It made sense for me, since Crutchfield gives rewards points for purchases, and I already had a good amount built up. As of today, only the black kit is low in stock -- white and yellow are available body only or kit.

Well at the time some K-01's have arrived in stores here, but no yellow between them at the time.

First the Pentax K-01 (yellow) with the 40mm

But, these are for North american use/sale only. For some reason known to nobody in reality; the united states has a thing with various trade types of restrictions.

I personally would suggest the - with the 40mm lens option. It gives beinners an idea of where to go from there; plus even for semi-pro and true pro one simply can't beat the deal - 150 off of what it would have costed if sold seperately
