K-01 video and Adobe Premiere Elements

What are experiences with handlingh videofiles coming from K-01 in Adobe Premiere Elements (9 or 10)? I have #9 at the time and K-01 is almost around the corner. Anyone done some wortk with these?

Ron: I'll try to get someting done over the weekend in PE9. I haven't even turned the e-dial to movie yet.

The files are in h.264 more standard then that you can't get it, it's like jpeg is for photography so it won't be a problem.
