Can you test?

If someone has the spare cash to test the shutter. You can make unlimeted jpg with 16:9; 4 megapixel and one star quality at 6 fps. So if you put in a 64 GB fast card then in five hours we know if the shutter is good for 100k actuations.

This wouldn't accurately reflect real world conditions anyway. I'd expect such a prolonged high speed burst to put a lot more wear (due to heat, if nothing else) on the camera as a whole, compared to how it is designed to be used.

I see you are interested to test. You have some points so:

- set the camera to Lo continouus shooting at 3 fps (taking 9 hours and a quarter).
- Go sit in a nice cool environment so the camera is able to release any heat (I don't think that will be a big problem).
- Turn off the back screen to save energy (als SR off) and thus not creating extra heat.

Sounds good. Just send me the camera and a block of dry ice, and I'll test it all you want.
