Grrrrr

*Don't listen to her Takumers, she's an idiot*

Thanks for the support, bro.

What really makes it sting is after the K-01 shipped out, a package arrived containing the Holy Grail (well, *A* Holy Grail ) of K-01 zebra lens lensporn, the Auto-Tak 55/1.8! it's going to need a hood, of course, and the filter thread is 46mm, of all things - but it came with a step-up ring! To 54mm! I'm starting to think Pentax engineering has a long history of playing practical jokes.

Edit: It's probably a Series VII filter thread.

Here is a B&W of me and my yellow K-01, now with the recent price drop and my love for the K-01 (I paid the full price for my K-01 as I bought it like week one) I wonder if I should just try and get all the colors...

Old industrial design meets new.

Me and my K-01, at work in my "office". The K-01 is wearing a 135/f2.8 FA which complements the industrial design of the K-01 nicely. At my feet are three Aboriginal edge ground axes - old industrial design meets new!

Me and my K-01*

So true about pulling the chicks. 50mm Ziess Tessar looks sweet on it too!

I have to agree with others re handling, it may take me a while to get used to it..

*may or may not be a full pag.... frame prototype.

I got this one today from the soccermatch I was yesterday.

I'm really a vulture when it comes to taking pictures and just went over and bent over to the field to take a picture of one of out crying soccergirls.

I don't know why people say the K-01 should be thinner! They don't know what they are talking about!

ROFLMAO!!!! Hilarious, I love it :P

My Brick o' Yellow got here yesterday - but the only lens to arrive so far was my "I've been craving tele" FA100-300 4.7.....which aint't the best indoor shooting lens you ever saw :P With a minimum distance measured in feet, I needed a mirror somewhere other than our house - so I took this shot in a large mirror at our favorite coffee shop. It's Seattle! You have to have a pre-Thanksgiving-dinner-coffee! It's required My squint-y unsure expression translates to, "Arrrgh, not used to live-view!!" :P
