Setting Sepia setting in camera?

I would like to change a preset from one of the settings I won't use to Sepia, so I can choose it like I would B&W. Does anyone know how?

You can change the settings on the monochrome (BW) filter to be sepia-toned, and it will keep them, but so far as I know, you can't replace the other digital filters with a second copy of monochrome.
