K-01 for vacation?

I am going on a vacation in a few months, staying on a beach by the ocean. I only want to take 1 camera. So do I take my K20 or my K-01? Even though the K-20 is weather-sealed, I am leaning at taking my k-01 due to its portability and "non-dslr" look (i.e. TSA wont be as likely to nab it). I shot a lot around the x-mas holidays but have not really had a chance to put the k-01 through its paces in the field.

For lenses, I will prob. just stick with the 40mm pancake and maybe my 15mm. Alternatively, I could just bring my 16-45.

Assuming I don't change lenses in the sand, how much of a risk do I have of farlkling up the works on the k-01?

You bought it to use it.
Weather sealing is a recent invention
Take it and be conscientious of surroundings.

Weather sealing is very nice, especially around beaches. Even if the weather is nice, sand can blow into the camera. Happend with me and my MZ-S. But then again, it happend once, and I have had non weather sealed camera's at the beach many times, and nothing has happend apart from that one time (and as I do surf photography, I have had them on very windy beaches). Just be very carefull when changing lenses.

If you want to take the 16-45, I would take the K20. I find the 16-45 a bit unbalanced on the K-01.

Take the K-01, the 15mm and the 40mm. Small package, and I assume if you are going to the beach on vacation, you aren't sitting out there with sand blowing all over anyway. I think it can take it.
