Bag for the K-01

Hi everybody,

I'm a happy owner of a brand new K-01, could not be happier with the camera. Just wanted to ask: any suggestions with regards to where to carry it? Has anyone found a good bag, not so big, but protective enough?

Theres a Marc Newson pouch to go with it:

With the 40mm XS on I carry mine in a lens pouch meant for medium size zoom lens with a bit of room to spare.

With the DA40mm xs, I like the Lowepro apx 100aw
Lowepro Apex 100 AW reviews - Pentax Camera Accessory Review Database

It is a very small case and the bag can include the camera, the USB cable and a spare card. With the K-01 in the bag, it loks like a P&S bag.

When I use teh DA18-135mm on the K-01, I like to a neoprene cover:

I found that it protects nicely the camera and lens.

Hope that the comment and suggestions may help.

Marc Newson probably scammed Pentax with that case...

See this thread for some ideas:

For a K-01 and a 2-3 lens kit, I use an old (and long discontinued) Tamrac Superlight 1. The Tamrac Adventure Video 2 is also not listed on their website any more, but it's still available in stores. It seems like they always discontinue what I consider "the perfect size".

I have ordered the Optio MX case, looks ok to carry in a bigger bag.
Thanks to all!
