Body's contact-pins losing their yellow coating. Problem?

I noticed the contact pins in my K-01's body have changed colores (yellow/bronze-silver) and realized that their yellow coating has been scratched off

Should I be worried?

gold plating wore off? - shouldn't worry about it.

nope, nothing to worry about. It is just 9ct gold plating after all - my pentax cameras take a thrashing and they still work.
