Yesterday, when I took my K01 out of the camera bag to take a picture, the mode dial came off and dropped to the ground. Fortunately, I was aware of it dropping and didn't lose it.

Has anyone else had this problem? It appeared that the dial is only glued in place as there is no set screw or other obvious connector.

I should think they are all push-fit on all cameras with flush dials these days.
A dab of loctite should help keep it back on?

"picks K-01 up by mode dial"... I'd send it back, screw gluing it back on, it shouldnt popping off in the first place, I'd swap it out for one that stays in one piece...
