Highlighting low/high lights - please make it go away...

I've had my k-01 for a while now - starting to like it a little more with use. However, I must have hit a setting by accident - it is now highlighting the low lights of my frame with an annoying red flash, and the high light areas with a yellow/white blinking flash. I can't seem to find the correct setting to turn it off.

Please help me make it go away - it would be appreciated.

TIA

If you can see during live view, disable it:

1. Press Menu
2. In the first page menu, choose "3"
3. Highlight "Live View" then click the right D Pad to select.
4. Uncheck the "Bright/Dark Area"
5. Click "Menu" button when finished.
Done

If during playback:

1. Menu > Playback page
2. Highlight the Bright/Dark Area Warning and
3. Uncheck the box by clicking on the D-pad

It is very rare nowadays that I come across a thread as sweet and short as this one, with a problem that reminds me of some of my own, both past and present. Obviously trivial, but totally impossible to solve and maddening at the same time. Bigolac, I instantly recognized your desperation and Jatrax/Salagubang, both of you hit it right on with your answers, instantly solving the issue and reinstating sanity for the original poster.

Likes for the three of you!
