How to remove the top part of K-01?

I need to remove the top part (containing dials & built-in flash) of the K-01'
I don't care about warrenty or anything, just how to do it?

I tried removing the screws (2x in battery bay, 5x from both strap holes, 2x in flash bay) but nothing

Saw maybe, or do you also need to reasamble it?

yes, as a fine woodworker, I'm tempted to pick up another body and reclothe it
I fancy relocating a couple of buttons...
