Thank you forumites and reviewers

for panning this camera. Not sure I would have been able to afford one otherwise. Amazing camera.

Glad we were able to help you out. Pentax's design and marketing team also was a great help, it is a neat camera.

Yup. Last week I didn't have one, either. Now I do and somehow I have 4 lenses, too. Somebody please turn this forum off.

he he he,... gets real addictive.

I went from a P30n with an 50mm f2 Pentax M Prime and a 28-70mm f3.5 Astron (Sigma) zoom, to having the K-01, and then a 28-70 AF Sigma, 28-200 AF Sigma, 70-200 f4 Astron, 24mm f2.8 Pentax KA Prime, and now a Vivitar 2x Teleconverter and a Pentax Stereoscopic adaptor that 'needs' me to by a 55mm prime for it.

The K-01 with the 2x Tele and the 28-200 Sigma survived the wind and harsh sunlight at the 'Siberia' corner of the Phillip Island GP Track on the weekend far far better then my sunburnt head did.
For those of you who want to look it up on Google Earth or Map, I was filming the sports cars and super sedans from just after the start line, all the way to the Honda hairpin turn, thru Siberia, and lost them going through the dip before the Hayshed.
All on one lens combo

Been taking stills at a film festival this week, and the combination of the 50 f2 with the added reach of the Tele really makes for some interesting shots, sharp on the subject and sweet bokeh for the backgrounds.

I think I 'need' a fast 35mm to fit between the primes, and that 18-35 f1.8 Sigma make,... Which would be an 35-70 f2.4 on the tele..
