Bracketing

I saw a photo on Flickr where the photographer seems to indicate that 6 frames were used for an HDR... with a K-01. Is this possible? Thought it would only do three.

My K200D only does three frames, but I used to do 3 @ -2.0EV bias, then quickly shift to +2.0EV bias and fire off a second set. Gives you -4, -2, 0 and 0, +2, +4 frames to work with if you need.

How do you know they did the HDR in the camera rather than on their computer, Shiner?

I know that he did not. He said he used software. But the K-01 will only do a 3-frame bracket (in-camera HDR or just bracketing RAW files), as far as I know- I thought maybe there was some trick I've been missing.

But with a tripod your K-01 can take sixty shots of the same scene! It's how you do focus stacking, for instance.

Bit difficult to change exposure between shots, though, Jezza ...

As i said above, I used to do it quite often. Maybe harder on the K-01, im not familiar with the button layout, but just 1 finger on the bias button and a quick twiddle on the dial, and shoot again!
