Snapping a picture results in three pictures

Somehow I have change a setting on the K-1 so that when I snap a picture I get three continous shots. Help me, I can't find where to turn off this feature!

Its the K-01 and you probably have Exposure bracketing enabled. Press the button to the right of the OK button - it has an icon similar to a clock. Now choose single frame instead of bracketing.
OR! You have HDR enabled, so press Info and turn off HDR

my guess is that you have turned on exposure bracketing. See "drive mode" in the manual (p. 68?).
