K-01 / Lens Photos

I have just bought a K-01 and have been looking for images of it mounted with certain lenses to gauge sizes, could be a good idea for a thread with the images labled with the specific lens or adapter too?

Unfortunatley my first lens for my K-01 has not arrived so all I can post is it naked:

Wow, you have a lot of dust in there
You need a rocket blower and a mount cover.

You'll find a lot of images in this thread, but I'm sure someone will oblige if you're looking to see what a particular K-01/lens combo looks like...

I don't use the K01 often and find it better with a bright lens. Here it is with something of an unusual lens being the SMC Pentax -M Zoom 1:2.8~4 40~80mm and a step up adaptor to the Takumar 58 mm metal hood. The hood does not vignette on aps-c at 40mm

I feel like I have no use for a K-01 but strangely I want one.

You should see my black K-5 then, it looks like 7 years nude in the desert compared to that.

I hope this is what you are looking for.

Some common lenses: DA40XS

Sigma AF 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5 DC macro (non-HSM)

DA35 Ltd Macro

And a somewhat less reasonable example: Mamiya-Sekor C 70mm f/2.8 with Leaf Shutter using a homemade adapter

I probably posted this in the other thread already. Looks kind of funny, since the lens is so tiny.

K-01 with Industar 50-2

I don't have a second camera with me right now, so I can't take any more photos of the K-01 with the other lenses.

I really like the Camera and hood combo. I don't think I've ever seen a hood match a camera instead of a lens.

Thanks all, I just thought it could be a good idea for a reference thread.

Here are a few images of various lenses.
The Pentax M 135mm is a great lightweight prime for those long distance shots. I also like the form-factor of the 50mm f2. It is the only lens of the bunch that does not tip the K-01 forwards when resting on a flat surface. Being the least desirable of the 50mm A; it can be had pretty cheap too.
The bigger (long) push-pull type zooms are pretty useless when paired with a K-01 IMHO. Too heavy and awkward to use at arms length.

Rokinon 8mm fisheye

Pentax SMC FA 28-80

Pentax SMC M 135mm

Sigma 50-200mm

Tamron 300mm

Pentax SMC A 50mm f2

Pentax SMC 50mm f1.4
