Cleaning sensor - K-01

Has anyone cleaned sensor of K-01?
I noticed images taken at f22 had some visible dust particles (dots) or very small thread kind of things.
I first thought of LCD screen then lens. Even after changing lenses dsut particles are visible in images shot at f22 at same location.
So i conclude its sensor. Blew some air on it and it reduced but did not go away.
Need suggestions to clean the sensor better.

thanks in advance.

If the blower didn't work, (did you try the in-camera dust removal?), then you'll need to physically clean the sensor. Here's a guide to that:

Pentax has an official sensor cleaning kit, but I think any generic alternative will also be just fine.

I have to blow off my K-01 sensor pretty often, but it is worth the trouble. Haven't had to do a wet cleaning yet though.
