do you think you should take a hiatus?

just went for scheduled massage for my neck and shoulders, the therapist commented how long i have been doing construction work apparently from much difficulty in relaxing just my shoulders...

well it was more worse when i was using just a large shoulder bag for assignments.

anyone?

I've really lightened my load lately, myself, lately. I'd been carrying a bit heavy (For me, anyway) recently, but I did a number on my lower back last week during an arthritic flare-up, and this aggravated my hips, which takes a long time to get over. (While nursing insomnia with the radio, I fell asleep on the couch with the window open.... and the temperature dropped quite unexpectedly. Ow!)

No carrying two systems for RML right now. Here, I'm very glad I can share lenses with a little Pentax film body. I only *really* need to carry one lens of any size.

What are you running with? Maybe you could do the same, trim things down a good bit? Shoot just a couple of primes or something?

Or, perhaps take on a lackey, show them a few ins and outs if they'll schlep gear for you?

A massage sounds good, though.

I've gotten all tensed-up and sore from waddling about trying to favor what hurts.
