For most of the thigns you said, you can do it with you cellphone as well...
But I would still keep P&S for videos (I got k200) and stuff...

I don't have a PS, so when I don't use my dslr I use my film (AE1)

pentax k-x + da limited series lenses are pocket-size enough for me.
