After drawing it, the Octagon doesn't work.

The triangle... the red lines are the added lines.

I see six lines C'mon, can't you draw a square with just 2 lines?

Not two Straight lines. The definition of the Square (shape) being 4 equal sides forming 4x 90 degree angles.. Unless you mean 2 lines forming one of those "Square Angles"... I guess you got me...

But it's so simple! Just draw the square, and add two lines.

That was my downfall in school sometimes. Over thinking things way too much. That was actually the first solution I came up with but figured it was too literal to the question.

Here's one for you.

Think of a number
Take from Fred an equal number and add it.
Take from me 76 and add it.
Throw half away.
Give fred back the number you took from him. (subtract it)


Let me see...You Have 38 left.
