There was no way this BS was going to stick for long.

Sorry, if me running naked along the side of the highway gets me in trouble for "public indecency", then anything else going on on the side of the highway can't have a hell of a lot of expectation of privacy.

The whole thing with the Graber case was the cop was mad about getting caught holding down on someone for no reason.
