That's what happens when you take museum item, mass produce it and leak it to the general public. Pardon me being blunt here, but it makes me wanna throw up...

I'll take the lens, no hay problemo!

And I won't even paint it red to match the Kx I don't have yet.

But I've seen worse. And we'll ALL see worse in coming years, because:

Spay-on semiconductors are coming. Thin-film LEDs will cover whatever devices you wish, all programmable to display whatever you wish. You think cams and phones with personalizable 'skins' are too much now? Just wait till you can have your camera look like it's crawling with ants and roaches. Hey, that might keep thieves at bay...

I recall seeing a gold Contax camera in a high-end camera/lens store in China. First time I saw something like that.

Join the army and get a propper camo painted body.. Canon of course..

We can hope some photo-savvy rap-star or otherwise super-rich guy wants to wear it out when he goes on his yacht or to the club. If I had the money to spare, I would.

And if you want to get shots of people looking at you, this is the camera of choice.
